In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, we notify the market that as at 31 October 2012 Mitchells & Butlers plc's capital consists of 410,650,191 ordinary shares of 8 13/24p each. Mitchells & Butlers plc holds 429 shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of listed voting rights in Mitchells & Butlers plc is 410,649,762.
The above figure of 410,649,762 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mitchells & Butlers plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
