Re. Distributor Contract Award

JSJS Designs ("JSJS" or the "Company"), specialists in the design, development and manufacture of home automation systems, is pleased to announce that Energy Innovation Co. Ltd ("Energy Innovation"), its exclusive distributor for Thailand, has been awarded a contract with Thailand's largest Property Developer, Pruska real estate public limited. Energy Innovation will initially be supplying the Lightwave RF products into an exclusive range of High Rise condominiums comprising 298 apartments with the prospect of more coming on-stream in the near future. JSJS expects to supply product to meet the initial demand, which is expected to have a value of circa £150,000, in the first half of 2012 .

The Company has also recently signed Terms and Conditions with Maplin electronics, the U.K. high street electronics retailer which has expressed interest in retailing their products.

John Shermer CEO said, "We are delighted that following the recent contract with Siemens we are seeing an increased interest in our range of products both in the UK and overseas. We expect to be announcing further contracts in due course".
