Chief Executive appointment update
LightwaveRF plc ("LightwaveRF" or the "Company"), the leading smart homes solutions provider, is now able to confirm that, following the Company's 11 June 2018 announcement of the appointment of Jason Elliott as Chief Executive Officer, he will be taking up his role next Monday, 2 July 2018.
Kevin Edwards, acting Chief Executive Officer, will then revert to his previous role as Chief Financial Officer.
