JSJS Designs plc ("JSJS" or "the Company") announces that on 25 January 2012 Mike Lord, Chairman & CEO, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.20 pence each. Following this transaction Mike Lord holds 67,725,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 18.33 per cent. of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
