Notice of General Meeting
JSJS Designs Plc ("JSJS Designs" or "the Company") announces that it has posted a circular to shareholders convening a general meeting to be held at BPE Solicitors LLP, St James' House, St James' Square, Cheltenham GL50 3PR on 1 September 2010 at 1 p.m ("the GM").
The purpose of the GM is to:
- ratify the allotment of 20,000,000 ordinary shares to Kam Tong Poon;
- to disapply statutory pre-emption rights; and
- to amend the Company's articles of association.
The Company has engaged with its broker, SVS Securities plc, to undertake a further placing. It is expected that the proceeds of this placing will be used for working capital and that further details will be announced before the end of the Company's financial year (30 September 2010).
