AGM Statement

At its AGM to be held at 11.00 a.m. today, Barry Gamble, Chairman of LightwaveRF plc ("LightwaveRF" or the "Company"), the leading smart home solutions provider, will make the following statement:

"Trading conditions have remained largely unchanged since the announcement of the Company's 2017 results in December. We continue to execute the key steps of our strategy as described in the 2017 Annual Report.

"The Company expects to provide a further update following the end of the first half of its financial year, 31 March 2018."
