Appointment of Clare Askem as Senior Independent Director

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. (the "Corporation") announces the appointment of Non-Executive Director Clare Askem, as Senior Independent Director of the Corporation. Clare's appointment will be effective from the conclusion of the Corporation's Annual General Meeting due to be held on 28 March 2024.
