Director Share Purchase
Low & Bonar has been informed that Michael Powell, Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, today acquired on market 14,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of 71 pence per share and a further 11,000 ordinary shares at a price of 70.5 pence per share. Following this acquisition, Mr Powell has a beneficial interest in 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.008% of the Company's issued share capital.
