Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
Further to the announcement earlier today of a placing by the Company of 29,626,000 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each (the "Announcement" and the "Placing"), the Company announces the interests of the Directors of the Company (or their connected persons) as a result of their participation in the Placing at 69p per share are as follows:
