Low & Bonar plc - Director/PDMR Shareholding

Further to the announcement made on 27 May 2014 concerning the allotment of ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company following the vesting of awards made in 2011 under the 2003 Low & Bonar Long-term Incentive Plan, certain Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) have sold shares in order to meet tax and other social security contributions due on vesting of the awards. Details are as follows:
