Low & Bonar PLC, the international performance materials group with leading positions in niche industrial markets, announces that Steve Hannam, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire from the Board on 31 August 2017.
Trudy Schoolenberg will succeed Steve Hannam as Senior Independent Director with immediate effect. Trudy has been a Non-Executive Director with the Company since 2013.
Martin Flower, Chairman, said:
