Low & Bonar PLC ("Low & Bonar" or the "Group"), the international performance materials group announces that it has been notified that Peter Bertram, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman of Manolete Partners PLC, a company which has today announced its intention to list on the Alternative Investment Market. Peter Bertram continues as an Non-Executive Director of the Company.
