Circular in relation to Disposal of Bonar Floors posted to Shareholders
Further to the announcement dated 28 July 2008 regarding the proposed Disposal of Bonar Floors, the Company's contract flooring business, the Board of Low & Bonar announces that a Circular has been posted to Shareholders.
The Circular gives further details of the Disposal and contains a notice of a General Meeting of the Company to approve the Disposal. The General Meeting will take place on 18 August 2008.
Copies of the Circular have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at: Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS, telephone 020 7066 1000.
