CAPITAL MARKETS DAY
Low and Bonar PLC, the international performance materials group with leading positions in niche industrial markets, is this afternoon hosting a Capital Markets Presentation in London for analysts and investors at Instinctif Partners, 65 Gresham Street, EC2 7NQ. Registration will begin at 2.30pm for a 3pm start.
Hosted by Brett Simpson, Group Chief Executive and Mike Holt, Group Finance Director, the event will showcase key elements of Low and Bonar's strategy, its new global business unit structure and provide insight into the Group's products, technologies and activities. Financial information on the re-allocation of historic revenues and profits to the new divisions are outlined in the annex to this announcement.
Presentation materials will be available on the Group's website (www.lowandbonar.com).
No material new information or update on current trading will be provided.
Low and Bonar will report its 2014/15 Interim results on 2 July 2015.
