Leeds Site and Directors' Shareholdings
James Latham announces that on 1 September 2011 it completed the purchase of a freehold site in Leeds for £2.7m, funded by a loan from Clydesdale Bank. This site will be improved with modern efficient racking systems to provide opportunities for growth for the business currently carried out at our Ossett depot.
James Latham announces that the Trustees of the Company's SIPS scheme allocated 5,302 ordinary 25p shares in the Company on 30 August 2011 at 240.5p per share to the following Directors:
