The Company announces that it has been informed by Fabian French (Non-Executive Director), that on 30 November 2021 Philippa French, a person closely associated ("PCA") to Mr French, a PDMR of James Latham, inherited 7,464 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
The resultant beneficial shareholding of Mr French is 377,516 Ordinary Shares representing 1.90% of the issued share capital.
