Directors' Shareholdings

James Latham plc announces the following changes in directors' shareholdings.

On 6 August 2010, the Company's employee benefit trust allocated 2,744 shares to Peter Latham, a director of the Company, under the Company's SIPS scheme at a price of 164 pence per share. Following this transaction, Peter Latham has a beneficial interest in 1,100,232 ordinary shares, representing approximately 5.72% of the Company's issued share capital.

On 2 August 2010, David Dunmow, a director of the Company, transferred 39,560 shares to his wife. Following this transaction, David Dunmow's beneficial interest remains unchanged at 65,954 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.34% of the Company's issued share capital.

On 28 July 2010, Nick Latham, a director of the Company, transferred 269,524 ordinary shares from sole ownership to joint ownership with his wife. Following this transaction, Nick Latham's beneficial interest remains unchanged at 589,668 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.06% of the Company's issued share capital.

The total issued share capital of the Company is 20,160,000 ordinary shares of 25p each of which 919,200 are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights is therefore 19,240,800.
