London Security PLC24 April 2008 London Security plc (the "Company") Interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2008 24th April 2008 The board of directors of the Company (the "Board of Directors") are pleased toannounce that they have today declared a second interim dividend of 73 pence perordinary share of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). There arecurrently 12,294,798 Ordinary Shares in issue and therefore the total dividendpayable is £8,975,203. The above dividend will be paid on 22 May 2008 to shareholders on the registeron 2 May 2008 and the Ordinary Shares will become ex dividend on 30 April 2008. The Board of Directors intend to announce the results for the period ended 31December 2007 on Thursday 1 May 2008 and copies of the statutory accounts willbe distributed to shareholders shortly thereafter.
