London Security PLC26 March 2008 London Security plc (the "Company") Interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2008 26 March 2008 The board of directors of the Company (the "Board of Directors") are pleased toannounce that they have today declared an interim dividend of 57 pence perordinary share of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). There arecurrently 12,294,798 Ordinary Shares in issue and therefore the total dividendpayable is £7,008,035. The above dividend will be paid on 25th April 2008 to shareholders on theregister on 4th April 2008 and the Ordinary Shares will become ex dividend on2nd April 2008. The Board of Directors intend to announce the results for the period ended 31stDecember 2007 on 1 May 2008 and copies of the statutory accounts will bedistributed to shareholders shortly thereafter.
