The Company received notification that 9,861,954 shares legally held by EOI Fire Sarl have been transferred to HSBC Global Custody Nominee UK Limited for nil consideration. There is no change in the beneficial ownership, nor control of the voting rights, of the shares as a result of this transfer. J.G. Murray is a Director of London Security plc as well as EOI Fire SARL.
