Dividend declaration in respect of the year ending 31 December 2020
The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that it has today declared an interim dividend of 40 pence per ordinary share of one penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). There are currently 12,261,477 Ordinary Shares in issue and therefore the total dividend payable is £4,904,591.
The above dividend will be paid on 27 November 2020 to shareholders on the register on 30 October 2020 and the Ordinary Shares will become ex-dividend on 29 October 2020.
