Company update
The Company has been informed that Tomson Pte Ltd ("Tomson"), a company wholly owned by Jean-Michel Paul, the founder of the Company's investment manager, Acheron Capital Limited, has acquired a holding of 81.88% of the shares in the capital of Ahmose SA, which is in liquidation. Ahmose SA currently holds 4,201,746 B Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company. Mr Paul understands that the liquidator of Ahmose SA may distribute its entire holding of B Ordinary Shares to Ahmose SA's shareholders pro rata to their shareholdings. The decision to do so remains at the discretion of the liquidator, and there is no certainty if or when it will take place. However, if this were to occur, Tomson is expected to receive 3,440,390 B Ordinary Shares as a result of such distribution. In addition to Tomson's current holding of 4,389, 682 A Ordinary Shares and 354,000 B Ordinary Shares, Tomson, would, following such distribution, directly hold shares in the Company representing 14.03% of the voting rights in the Company (assuming such distribution was made at today's date.) In such circumstances, an announcement would be made in accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
