Total Voting Rights

The Board of Lombard Risk announces that the Company's issued share capital as at the date of this announcement consists of 210,809,897 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company currently holds 234 Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 210,809,663.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
