Update on major Contract win and additional contract successes

Lombard Risk Management plc (LSE:LRM), a leading global provider of integrated collateral management, liquidity and regulatory reporting and compliance solutions for the financial services industry, announces the conclusion of a major contract win and an update on other contract wins since the Interim results announced on 14 October 2013.

The Company announced on 10 October 2013 that its COLLINE product had been selected by a large European bank, but that further details would be released to the market on conclusion of this contract expected in December. The Company is now pleased to announce that this contract has been signed, and that it is a major contract licensing COLLINE's functionality for OTC Collateral Management, Clearing, Repo, Securities Lending, Inventory management and Optimisation. The initial licence fee (excluding related professional services) is in excess of £2.0m.

The Company is also pleased to announce that the success of the Company's Regulatory business for the European Banking Authority programme has continued with over 50 UK clients now contracted for COREP and the related XBRL transmission, and further additional clients are expected to be signed up within the next few weeks. Initial UK contracts have also been signed for FINREP with additional contracts in negotiation.

The Company is also pleased to confirm that a number of contracts for deployment of its other regulatory products have been concluded and signed for certain Asia Pacific clients over recent weeks, with one signed earlier this week having a contract value in excess of £350k.In addition to the major COLLINE contract announced today, a smaller but strategically important COLLINE deal has recently been won with a Japanese regional banking group in Japan.
