AGM statement

Lombard Risk Management plc (AIM: LRM), a leading global provider of integrated collateral management and regulatory reporting technology solutions for the financial services industry, will be holding its Annual General Meeting today at 9:30am at the offices of Newgate Communications Limited, 50 Basinghall Street, London, EC2V 5DE.

At the meeting, Philip Crawford, Group Non-executive Chairman, will make the following statement: "The Company continues to see a positive market for its products with the landscape largely unchanged since we announced our 2017 full year results in May. The roll out of our next generation reporting product, AgileREPORTER®, continues to present us with a broad range of opportunities both in terms of upgrading existing regulatory reporting clients and accessing new markets. The widening requirement for collateral clients to comply with, amongst others, uncleared margin rules, along with key product enhancements such as the launch of our Exchange Traded Derivatives module, offers similar opportunities in the collateral management space.

"We have historically reported full year revenues that are weighted to the second half of the year and we expect the year to 31 March 2018 to be no different. The Board is encouraged by the pipeline of new business being pursued both through the Company's direct sales force and through its relationships with its channel partners.

"Lombard Risk continues to invest in its development centre in Birmingham, which will provide the Company with both time to market and cost advantages. The Board is satisfied with the progress of this important initiative and continues to look to the future with confidence."
