Lok'n Store Group PLC21 February 2007 Lok'n Store Group PLC (the "Company") Voting Rights and Capital - Correction The following replaces the announcement regarding the Voting Rights and Capitalreleased at 14:25 on 21 December 2006 under RNS number 47150, with a correctionto a typographical error in the number of ordinary shares with voting rights: In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 theCompany notifies the market that its issued share capital consists of 26,717,744ordinary shares with voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rightsis 26,717,744. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
