Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 7 December 2010 that Ray Davies, Finance Director of the Company, had on 7 December 2010 bought 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 130.80p each per share for his SIPP.

Following this transaction Mr Davies' total interest in the Company is 40,000 Shares, representing 0.16% of the Company's total issued share capital.
