Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 10 March 2011 the Company was notified that on 18 February 2011 Mr Simon Thomas, Chairman of the Company, transferred 41,115 ordinary shares of 1p each to Mr Thomas' Pension Fund, the Thomas Family Pension Fund.

As a result of this transaction there has been no change to Simon Thomas' beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of Lok'nStore.
