Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 15 July 2021 that Richard Holmes, Non-Executive Director, has acquired 4,006 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 624.00 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this transaction, Richard Holmes' beneficial interest in the Company is 290,937 Ordinary Shares representing 0.98 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
