Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 17 August 2010 that Charles Peal, Non-Executive Director of the Company, had on 10 August 2010 bought 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 87p each per share for his SIPP.

Following the transaction Mr Peal's total interest in the Company is 125,000 Shares, representing 0.49% of the Company's total issued share capital.
