Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that today Simon Thomas, Chairman, has today sold 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 390 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Sale") as part of his personal tax planning arrangements.
Following the Sale, Mr. Thomas' shareholding will be 2,041,190 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.9 per cent of the Company's total voting rights respectively.
