Leo Capital Plc22 November 2006 22 November 2006 Leo Capital plc ("Leo Capital"/"the Company") SALE OF ACIS Leo Capital, the AIM listed investment company with stakes in public and privateUK and US companies and funds, is pleased to announce the sale of its holding inAdvanced Communications and Information Systems Limited ("ACIS") in a secondarybuyout to The Carlyle Group. ACIS is the leading real time passenger informationsystem supplier in the UK. The Company made a £1 million co-investment in ACIS in April 2005 alongside theInflexion 2003 Buyout Fund. It has received proceeds of £2.98 million whichrepresents an internal rate of return of 100% on its original investment. In addition to its direct stake in ACIS, the Company is also a limited partnerin the Inflexion 2003 Buyout Fund and will receive a distribution of £0.97million in respect of its share in the fund's interest in ACIS.
