Response to Press Speculation

The Board of LMS Capital plc ("LMS") notes the press speculation regarding a potential offer for Dmatek Ltd ("Dmatek").

The Board of LMS confirms that it is in discussions with Dmatek regarding a potential offer for Dmatek. There can be no certainty that an offer will be forthcoming.
