Publication of Final Terms
The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
Final Terms dated 10 January 2022, for Lloyds Banking Group plc GBP 500,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Callable Notes due 2028 (the "Notes") issued pursuant to the base prospectus dated 17 June 2021 as supplemented by the supplemental prospectuses dated 29 July 2021 and 28 October 2021 (together, the "Prospectus") in connection with the £25,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Lloyds Banking Group plc.
The Final Terms for the Notes contain the final terms of the Notes. The Final Terms of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended (the "UK Prospectus Regulation").
