Updated Dividend Timetable
Further to the Company's announcement on 24 June 2008, in which it was announced that Livermore had decided that it was in the best interests of shareholders to be offered a scrip dividend alternative for the final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2007, Livermore today announces the following expected dividend timetable:

29 August 2008 |
The Company proposes to send a circular to its shareholders in relation to the scrip dividend alternative, together with accompanying ancillary documents, by 31 July 2008 at which point a further announcement will be made.
