("Livermore" or the "Group")

 Announcement of Interim Dividend

The directors of Livermore are pleased to announce that at the board meeting held on 31, December 2019, it was agreed that the Group would pay an interim dividend of US$ 0.0343 per share to members on the register on 24 January 2020. The Pay Date is expected to be 21 February 2020.

 The Board has decided to pay this dividend based on the Group's profitability, liquidity requirements, portfolio performance, market conditions, and the share price of the Company relative to its NAV. The Group continues to trade in line with management expectation.

The Company expects to announce its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2019 in the month of May 2020.
