Total Voting Rights
The Company confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights as of 31 May 2012 is 227,665,986 and that there are a total of 76,454,415 ordinary shares held in treasury. The above figure of 227,665,986 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
