Scrip dividend / Additional Listing
Following the Company's announcement on 24 June 2008 concerning the scrip dividend alternative to the 2007 final dividend of US 3.5 cents per ordinary share, the Company announces that it has received valid elections for the scrip dividend alternative which will result in the issue of 11,342,629 new ordinary shares ("New Shares"). Application has been made to AIM for admission of the New Shares to trading. It is expected that Admission will occur on 29 August 2008. The New Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
Assuming no exercise of existing options which have been granted by the Company, the total number of Livermore shares in issue on the date of admission will be 304,120,401. This number includes a total number of voting rights of 292,711,800 ordinary shares and 11,408,601 shares held in Treasury.
