Announcement of Interim Dividend
The directors of Livermore are pleased to declare an interim dividend of US$0.0488 per share to members on the register on 19 March 2021. Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 18 March 2021. The Pay Date is expected to be 16 April 2021.
The Board has decided to pay this dividend based on the Group's profitability, liquidity requirements, portfolio performance and market conditions. The Group continues to trade in line with management expectation.
The Company expects to announce its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2020 in the month of May 2021.
