Announcement of Interim Dividend
The Directors of Livermore are pleased to announce that at the Board meeting held on Friday, 6 March 2015, it was agreed that the Group would pay an interim dividend of US$0.0256 per ordinary share to members on the register at the close of business on Friday 20 March 2015. Shares will be marked ex-dividend on Thursday 19 March 2015 and the dividend will be paid on 15 April 2015. Based on the total number of ordinary shares in the Group with voting rights of 195,253,583, the total dividend payment represents approximately $5m.
The Board has decided to pay this interim dividend based on the Group's profitability, liquidity requirements, portfolio performance and market conditions. The dividend will be paid from distributable reserves held in cash not currently utilised in the business. The Group continues to trade in line with management expectation.
The Group expects to announce its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2014 in the month of May 2015.
