Livermore Investments Group Limited03 April 2007 Livermore Investments Group Limited 3 April 2007 Livermore Investments Group Limited ("Livermore" or "the Company") Livermore was notified on 2 April 2007 that Noam Lanir, Chief Executive Officerof the Company, is interested in 105,582,086 Ordinary Shares, representingapproximately 36.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. MrLanir is interested in these shares by virtue of the fact that he owns directlyor indirectly all of the issued share capital of Groverton Management Limited. This change in Mr Lanir's interest is a consequence of Partners Holdings Ltddistributing its shareholding in Livermore to its underlying shareholders. As provided for in the Company's articles of association, the independentdirectors of the Company have consented to this change in shareholding andGroverton Management Limited is not therefore required to make an offer to allshareholders on matching terms.
