Update on publication of documents for Proposed Acquisition
Further to the announcement by Liontrust dated 4 May 2023 in relation to the proposed acquisition of the entire issued share capital of GAM Holding AG ("GAM"), a global investment management group (the "Proposed Acquisition"), Liontrust provides an update on publication of the circular in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (the "Circular") and the Swiss offer prospectus setting out the terms and conditions of the Proposed Acquisition to the GAM shareholders (the "Swiss Offer Prospectus").
The Company had previously stated that it intended to publish the Circular and Swiss Offer Prospectus on 9 June 2023. The Board now expects to publish both the Circular and Swiss Offer Prospectus on or around 13 June 2023.
