Liontrust announces that on 17 January 2024 it was notified that Vinay Abrol, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"). Vinay Abrol is a PDMR.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMR is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
