Director Declaration

Pursuant to LR 6.4.9R, Liontrust announces it has been informed that Rebecca Shelley, Senior Independent Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-executive Director and Chair of B.P. Marsh & Partners Plc, with effect from 26 May 2026. 

In accordance with LR 6.4.8R, Liontrust announces that as a result of this additional board appointment, Ms Shelley does not intend to stand for re-election as a Non-executive Director at the Company's AGM in September 2026. Ms Shelley will continue in her role as Senior Independent Director until the AGM.

Commenting, Luke Savage, Non-executive Chair, said: "Rebecca has been a great support to me since I became Chair and she has made a significant contribution to the Board throughout her time with Liontrust. Rebecca's knowledge, experience and energy will be missed."
