Lighthouse Group PLC24 May 2007 Press Release 24 May 2007 Lighthouse Group plc ("Lighthouse" or "the Company") Result of AGM and Directorate Change Lighthouse Group plc (AIM:LGT), one of the UK's largest Independent FinancialAdviser groups and pension scheme administrators, confirms that all theresolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting heldtoday were duly passed. The Board of Lighthouse also announces that, following the AGM, Mr. Peter Tannhas retired as a non-executive director. Mr. Tann joined the Board at flotationin 2000, and has seen the Company grow considerably during that period. TheBoard thanks Mr. Tann for his considerable contribution during the past sixyears.
