Amendments to Notice of Annual General Meeting

Lighthouse Group plc (AIM: LGT), the national financial adviser of choice for Middle Britain, notes that, further to its announcement on 9 March 2018 where the Company advised that it had posted its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2017, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, there was an error in the explanatory notes set out in the Chairman's letter enclosing the Notice of Annual General meeting. It was stated that Resolutions 2 and 3 proposed that Mr R Last and Mr K Paterson be reappointed as directors of the Company, this should have stated that Resolutions 2 and 3 proposed that Mr M Streatfield and Mr P Smith be reappointed as directors of the Company. Resolutions 2 and 3 as set out in the actual Notice of Annual General Meeting and the accompanying Form of Proxy were however correct.

In addition, the Form of Proxy attached to the letter notifying those shareholders who had previously agreed to receive company documents via the Company's website also contained an error in that Resolution 7 stated that a final dividend of 0.18 pence per ordinary share was to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting. This should have stated that a final dividend of 0.30 pence per ordinary share was to be proposed.

A notice has been sent to shareholders advising of these amendments, along with the revised Notice of Annual General Meeting. The amended Notice of Annual General Meeting has also now been made available on the Company's website at: www.lighthousegroup.plc.uk/accounts-reports/

All other details remain the same and, as announced previously, the Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 3 May 2018 at the Company's registered office of 26 Throgmorton Street, London EC2N 2AN.
