Mark joined the Group at the start of the year, andthis appointment is complementary to his existing role as Director of Risk. Theappointment brings together strategic compliance, risk management and governanceresponsibilities within a single function. Mark Ross is a qualified chartered accountant, who has specialised in regulationand risk management since 1994. He gained direct regulatory experience at IMRO,before subsequent senior roles in compliance and consultancy. Prior to joiningthe Group, his most recent position was as the Head of Ernst & Young'sInvestment Firms Prudential Regulatory Team.
