Lighthouse Group plc (AIM: LGT), today announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 has been posted to shareholders, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 12 April 2016 at the Company's registered office of 26 Throgmorton Street, London EC2N 2AN.
