PDMR Dealing
On 17 December 2020, the Company was notified by Justin Carter, MD - Lounge and a PDMR, that he had sold 40,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 214 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Sale") to meet tax liabilities arising from the Company's IPO in 2019.
Following the Sale, Justin Carter is interested in 598,572* Ordinary Shares representing 0.58% per cent. of the issued Ordinary Shares.
* included in the resultant holding of Justin Carter is an interest in 89,719 Ordinary Shares which are held in the Company's EBT and over which he has a restricted beneficial interest pursuant to a joint share ownership plan.
