Current CFO Gregor Grant will step down on the same date, having occupied the role since August 2018, but will stay at Loungers until July 31 "to provide support and to assist with the efficient handover of responsibilities". Marshall held various senior roles at Dyson Ltd, including as interim CFO, from 2013 to 2018. He was CFO at multinational catering equipment supplier Nisbets from December 2018 to July 2021, then became CFO of e-scooter maker Pure Electric where he stayed until November 2023.
